I think it is neat to know where people have lived and where they have traveled around the world.
I have lived in the United States my whole life. I grew up in Pennsylvania, lived in Texas for 10ish years and now live in Arkansas.
The other countries I have visited are England, France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Austria, Germany, Luxenberg, Italy, and Switzerland.
Where have your travels taken you around the globe?
I've lived in Michigan all of my life until I was 19.
I now reside in Missouri.
The places I've visited—be it brief or extensive are as follows:
AL, TN, IL.
I've never been anywhere out of state, and the only other country I've been to so far is to Mexico. For there, we went as far as to Salamanca, in Juanajuato. Besides Salamanca, we whent to Monterey and I think some other places. I like going to Mexico, just some place different from where I live. I also like visiting some towns in West Texas for the same reason.
Well, I've been stateside all my life. I've been in many of the east coast states, and have visited Colorado three times. Been to texas once for some training as well as Nevada.
Lou
always lived in the UK, but have traveled to cuba, USA, spain, portugal, france and egypt
I have always lived in Scotland, but like traveling to England 2 or 3 times a year. I have also visited France, Spain, Chile, Portugal, Ireland, Wales and Africa. I was only a baby so I don't remember Africa.
Always lived in the UK, but have travelled to Germany twice, Austria once, and Washington state 3 times. Guess what my favourite place is? grin
I've been in Canada once, though it almost doesn't really count. I wasn't there for more than about 2 hours if that. I've been all over the US on trips and such, though there are some states I haven't seen yet. I would like to travel more someday.
I was born in Mexico City, and lived there for the first 7 years of my life. Since my grandpa was a trucker, he'd take me on trips all over central Mexico. I've been living in San diego since. I've been all over California as far up as San Francisco, and went on an east coast trip, which included Boston, New York, Philadelphia, and D.C. My family and I also drove from SD to Mexico City once.
I was born in Washington State and lived there and in Idaho throughout my childhood. Have never visited any other contries but would love to go to England, Ireland or Scotland. I was in Arkansas for some training once and spent a wonderful week in Nashville, Tennesee on vacation. I was in Chicago for a week on a musical tour with my school. Have been to Vermont and really like that state too. I love New York City as a happening place to visit but would not care to live there. I now live in Pa and especially love Philadelphia where I have lived most of my adult life. Now I am not in Philly proper but in one of the outlying areas of it.
Jaguar, I grew up in Pennsylvania and visit home once or twice a year. My folks are in Chadds Ford.
I think it would be neat to travel to visit the holy lands--Jerusalem, Bethlehem, etc--but I wonder if that's really the place to be visiting right now with the political climate and such. Someday I'll go there I hope.
Valhalla, when you visited the U.S., what state(s) did you see?
I grew up in the Philippines and after 16 years I went to the United States. I've been in six states so far California, Indiana, Ohio, Wisconsin, New York, and of course where I live Illinois thats about it for me. I plan to travel again somewhere if i have the time and money to go, as of now thats all the places i've been.
I live in Texas and have been to several cities in Texas. I been to California two times to Disney Land. I been to the UK twice. I went to New York to GEB when I got my guide dog.
